New Rules Update - Revised Edition Upgrade

Hi All,

First off I want to say thank you so much for your support over the past few years! Your encouragement has kept me focused on updating the game, ultimately leading to the release of the Revised Edition.

With the lead up to the new Revised Edition, I have removed the original books from physical sales on Amazon. The new books will become active and available for sale on the 26th April 2026.

They are still available as PDF's on Wargame Vault and will get updated soon.

I have now finished writing up the list of changes from the original release to the Revised Edition. You will be able to view these changes on the Rules page here.

This document has everything from new missions, unit rule updates, upgrades and changes, new hero rules as the light, medium and heavy variants as well as the minor factions from the Armies of the Ancients and Armies of the Dark Ages books. So I have removed the Errata and Minor Factions from the website as they are now all compiled into this 39 page document.

The Armies of the Empires End, being a recent release has had minimal changes. The only pages you need from this document is pages 24 and 25 detailing the unit upgrades for Heroes, War Dog Teams, Chariots and Ballista Weapons.

I hope you are as excited for the revised edition as I am, and I look forward to the new books going out to you all!
